We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However:

• Quotations provided are valid for the period stated (typically 15-30 days) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or other market conditions.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be communicated during the quotation process.

All orders are subject to acceptance by LVF Plastic. An order is confirmed only when we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.

Payment terms are specified in the Proforma Invoice. Standard terms include:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — typically 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.
• L/C (Letter of Credit) — available for qualifying orders, subject to bank approval.
• Other methods — may be available upon negotiation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In such cases, any payments received will be promptly refunded.

Shipping terms are defined in the Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice using standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW). Key points:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from receipt of deposit and confirmation of all specifications.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.
• Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

We are committed to delivering products that meet the specifications agreed upon in the Sales Contract. Our quality assurance process includes:

• Sourcing exclusively from ISO-certified manufacturers.
• In-line and pre-shipment quality inspections.
• Third-party inspection upon buyer request (at buyer's cost).

Warranty terms are product-specific and will be expressly stated in the Sales Contract. Unless otherwise specified, our standard warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty claims must be made in writing within the warranty period with supporting evidence.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or use outside recommended specifications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• LVF Plastic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a product order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in these terms or the applicable Sales Contract.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with the arbitration proceedings conducted in English in Shanghai.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
